BLUE LINE UNSCRIPTED

Premiering March 2026.

Candid, long-form conversations on the complex issues policing leaders are increasingly confronting.

Behind the headlines. Into the decisions.

Blue Line Unscripted creates space for real conversation – the kind that doesn’t fit into press statements or soundbites.

We talk leadership strain, public trust, critical incidents, mental health, accountability, reform, and the daily reality of protecting communities under pressure.

Not a debate show.
Not a PR tour. Just honest dialogue with people close to the work – and people impacted by it.

About Your Host

Paul Goldenberg began his career as a beat patrolman in urban New Jersey before becoming a decorated undercover agent and senior-ranking law enforcement leader. Across nearly three decades in policing and public safety, he led organized crime investigations and worked at the intersection of operational policing, policy, and national security.
For 10 years, Goldenberg served as a senior advisor to the U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, and he has chaired Congressional DHS subcommittees addressing foreign fighters, cybersecurity, and targeted violence. His work is global in scope, with direct collaboration and advisory roles with police agencies across Europe, Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East.
Goldenberg is CEO of Cardinal Point Strategies, Chief Policy Advisor to the Rutgers University Miller Center on Policing, and a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the University of Ottawa’s transnational security program. He is also a senior officer with the Global Consortium of Law Enforcement Training Executives, a member of the NSA Border Council, and serves as Chair of the Public Safety Board of Advisors for Draganfly.
